Do I need previous clay experience?
No. Foundation classes begin with materials, tools, and hand pressure. Intermediate listings identify the experience that will make the pace comfortable.
What materials are included?
Class fees include the instructional clay allocation, shared hand tools, studio glazes, and standard firing for the listed project scope. Special materials are explained before enrollment.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that can handle dust and choose closed-toe shoes. Short nails can make handbuilding easier, though they are not required.
Can I attend if I have accessibility needs?
Please contact us before booking so we can discuss seating, table height, movement around the studio, communication preferences, and the most supportive class format.
How long does firing take?
Drying and firing vary with thickness, weather, and kiln schedules. Your teacher will explain the expected collection window for each class, with updates if conditions change.
Can I make up a missed class?
Make-up options depend on table availability and the project stage. Contact the studio as early as possible and we will explain the available alternatives.
Do you offer private groups?

What happens to unfinished clay?
Workable clay is reclaimed through our studio process. Pieces that are too dry to reuse are handled according to our material-sorting routine.
